Nadia Guerch
Nadia Guerch is a seasoned international development practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience managing large-scale, multi-country programs across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. She currently serves as Head of Programs at Cowater International’s North America business unit, overseeing a diverse portfolio of over $350 million across sectors including governance, climate resilience, economic growth, and social inclusion.
She has extensive experience in strategic planning, program design, and system strengthening, working closely with governments, donors, and the private sector. Nadia is particularly interested in how finance and business solutions can support sustainable development goals, and is especially passionate about impact measurement and inclusive approaches that drive meaningful social change. She has contributed to initiatives focused on private sector engagement , market systems development, and innovative financing approaches in areas such as agrifood systems, climate, and education.
Nadia holds degrees in political science, international relations, and international law, along with certifications in market systems development and innovative finance. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
