Ladin Akkaymak is a sustainable finance and impact investing professional with expertise in program management, ESG strategy, and climate finance. She has worked across Sub-Saharan and North Africa, Europe, and North America, partnering with governments, development agencies, and private sector actors to drive sustainable investments and measurable impact.
Ladin has worked with OECD and UNDP, focusing on climate finance, impact measurement (IMM), and ESG integration. She has helped governments incorporate climate data into national policies, strengthen ESG frameworks, and align investments with sustainability goals. At IBTCI, she managed multi-million-dollar USAID-funded programs, ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and data-driven decision-making. She has also worked with fintech startups like GreenArc Capital, supporting impact measurement for sustainable finance solutions.
Passionate about using finance, data, and partnerships to drive social and environmental impact, Ladin now works as an independent consultant. She focuses on impact-driven investment strategies, ESG integration, and climate finance, with a strong emphasis on program management and execution to support a more sustainable future.
