Eric is an experienced venture and impact investor with 16 years in the field. He made 45 private investments in companies or funds, cumulatively exceeding $100 million across venture capital, debt, impact investments and business transfers. His venture capital and growth career commenced in 2008, with a dedicated focus on impact investing since 2020.
He has operated across a wide range of sectors and business models, including technology, renewable energy, e-commerce, sustainable food and agriculture, hospitality, healthcare, and consumer brands.
Eric has worked for a variety of organizations, such as an independent fund manager founded by entrepreneurs (Entrepreneur Venture), a family office using an integrated capital approach to advance sustainability and equity (Dragonfly Ventures), and financial institutions with sustainable, impact and responsible investments (CIC Capital, Fondaction).
His professional dedication extends to initiatives and projects that positively influence the environment, health, and society, with a particular emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Since fall 2024, Eric offers his experience, expertise and connections through consulting and training services for investment funds (impact and new diverse fund managers), impact entrepreneurs, and organizations committed to these causes and working on expanding or creating new ways to address those issues.
